Julien M. Serrano-O'Neil was born as the only son to his parents Kirk O'Neil and Angela Jennings (formerly Serrano). At a very young age, his parents moved to several different places that included, but were not limited to Arizona, Pennsylvania, and finally Florida. 

To be exact, they stopped in Pine Hills, Florida, which is one of the largest unincorporated communities in Orange County. Julien spent the remainder of his adolescence being raised in Pine Hills; living in this community has shaped him into the man he is today.    

Julien is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (ΑΦΑ), byway of the Delta Xi Lambda (∆ ΞΛ) Chapter seated in Orlando, Florida. Continue reading below

Who Is Julien Serrano-O'Neil?

Julien Serrano-O'Neil, a distinguished graduate of Morehouse College, stands at the helm of LexCo Corporation as its Founder, President & CEO. With a decade-spanning background entrenched in nonprofit, government, and higher education sectors, Julien has emerged as a beacon of guidance, shaping businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations towards elevated performance standards and impactful partnerships. His journey is a testament to transformative experiences that ignited his passions from an early age. From pivotal moments at Meadowbrook Middle School to immersive experiences in theater and engineering at Maynard Evans High School. Under the mentorship of luminaries like Mrs. Sandra Fatmi-Hall, and Mr. Dennis Hall, Mr. Allie L. Braswell, and the late Mrs. Shellie-Ann Braswell, Julien was introduced to programs in robotics, aviation, and community development, propelling him to become the inaugural President of "Future Leaders United." At Morehouse College, Julien found a home that not only nurtured his academic ambitions but also instilled in him a sense of responsibility to uplift others. Overcoming financial obstacles with the support of mentors and peers, he embraced Morehouse's motto, "Let there be Light," as a guiding principle in his journey towards leadership and service. Julien's dedication to uplifting his community extends beyond academia, evidenced by his role on the Orange County Public School's Reapportionment Advisory Committee and his establishment of a scholarship fund to empower future generations. Julien's insatiable curiosity and rapid skill acquisition paved the way for his leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer, Chairman, Second Vice President for Community Impact & Business Development, and visiting lecturer. Currently working on a book, Julien aims to share his insights and actionable strategies tailored for nonprofit professionals, reflecting his commitment to excellence in leadership and lasting impact within communities. As the visionary leader behind LexCo Corporation, Julien continues to push the boundaries of innovation and excellence in consulting. His blend of expertise, passion, and a deep-rooted commitment to positive change has positioned LexCo Corporation as a leader in providing cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of its clientele.
